By using Versus, published by TheVid, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

Your account

You start as a guest; you can link a Google account to keep your progress. You are responsible for activity on your account. Display names must not be offensive, impersonate others or infringe anyone's rights; we may change or remove names that do.

Fair play

Do not cheat, use bots or scripts, exploit bugs, interfere with the service or other players, or try to access data that is not yours. We may reset ratings, remove energy, or suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

Energy and purchases

Energy is a virtual item used to start matches. It has no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and is licensed to you, not sold. Purchases are processed by Google Play under its terms; refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy and applicable law. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, we may remove the energy it granted. Energy earned from ads is limited per day.

Ads

Optional rewarded ads are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for their content.

The service

We may change, suspend or end features, rules, prices or the game itself. We try to keep Versus running smoothly but provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using Versus and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; continuing to play after a change means you accept it. Questions: support@versusduel.app.
