Delete your Versus account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Versus and tap your avatar to open your Profile.
2. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
3. Type DELETE and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email support@versusduel.app with the subject "Delete my Versus account" and include your display name. If you linked Google, send it from that Google account's email address so we can confirm it is yours. We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account, display name and linked Google identity
• Your rating, match history and answers
• Your energy balance and energy history (unused purchased energy is lost)

What may be kept

Records of purchases may be kept for up to 7 years where tax or accounting law requires it. Crash reports, which do not include your name or email, expire within 90 days.
