Yes. Every duel costs 1 energy, and energy refills by itself (1 every 10 minutes, up to 10). You can watch an optional short video for more, or buy an energy pack. Purchases only ever give energy, never an advantage in a match.

No. Tap Play as guest and you're in. Guest progress is saved on that phone only, so link a Google account in your profile to keep your rating, streak and purchases on any device.

Quick match pairs you with a real player of similar rating. If nobody is around after 15 seconds, you play a bot, which is clearly marked, so you're never stuck waiting.

Both players get the same puzzle at the same moment from the server, which also keeps the clock and checks answers. The app never decides who won.

If you have a streak freeze, it covers the missed day automatically and your streak continues. You can hold up to 2 freezes, and every 7 days in a row earns one free.

Each week you're placed in a group of up to 30 players and earn XP by playing rated duels. On Monday the top players move up a league (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) and the bottom players move down.

Open the app again with an internet connection: unfinished purchases are restored automatically. If it's still missing, email support@versusduel.app with your display name and the Google Play order number.
